Abstract

In the spring of 1993 the Frisian authors G. Willem Abma, Trinus Riemersma, Hylkje Goïnga and Margryt Poortstra were interviewed about their work, their view on (Frisian) literature, and their ideas concerning their relationship to their audiences. The interviews were part of a modern literature seminar dedicated to the analysis of the works of these authors. The seminar was organized by the Frisian Institute of Groningen State University. Two of the interviews have been recorded and are presented in this issue of Us Wurk. They concern the interview of G. Willem Abma by Jelle Krol and that of Margryt Poortstra by Babs Gezelle Meerburg.
