Abstract
The linguistic pressure of Dutch on Frisian is huge and still increasing. Notonly the lexicon, but also the grammar of Frisian is being influenced by the
socially dominant Dutch language. Education, of course, is the institution
that is supposed to combat the influences of Dutch on Frisian. In this article
I present some new didactic proposals to deal with this topic in secondary
education.
