De earste katalogus (1689) fan Franciscus Junius syn Fryske kolleksje yn de Bodleian Library, Oxford

Abstract

Until now, it was assumed that the earliest list of Frisian items among the
Junius manuscripts in the Bodleian Library (Oxford) was to be found in
Edward Bernard’s catalogue of manuscripts in English and Irish libraries
(1697). In this note I draw attention to a slightly older, somewhat similar
list in George Hickes’s Institutiones grammaticae Anglo-Saxonicae (1689)
