Samenvatting

This article relates the practical-theological themes presented in the first two articles (Wijnalda;
Pleizierandn Schaap-Jonker) to the research that I undertake in the field of homiletics, in particular the self-concept of the preacher in a congregation. The practical-theological method I use in my research is presented and the manner whereby practical-theological questions influence my research is presented and discussed.
