Remarks are presented of a participant in the 6th Congress of Social Study Assoc's of Dutch Students at Wassenaar in 1957. The Congress proved extremely popular and attracted 250 participants instead of the expected 150. It is suggested that this popularity was largely due to a well-prepared informal part of the Congress-open discussions, meals, excursion to Rotterdam-as well as to the academic program. I. Langnas.
