Samenvatting

An investigation to determine whether religion influences the choice of information sources & whether the received information influences agricultural efficiency. 24 farmers of the Calvinist Union & 24 farmers of the Baptist Church were interviewed. The Calvinist Union members were found to have very orthodox religious principles; consequently their use of information sources was found to be less frequent than that of the Baptists. Contrary to expectations, the agricultural efficiency of both groups appeared to be equal. 3 Tables. I. Verluyten.
