In recent years plans have been made for research on the labor market. While such plans are worthy, it is necessary to build a solid theoretical model of the labor market in order to systematically generate hypotheses. The model proposed here adopts the mutual influence & change of decisions on the desired quantity & quality of labor as a central point of focus. 2 streams of influence are separated within the model: one depending on the results of the past & the expected meeting of demand & supply, & the other depending on various factors concerning the labor market. 1 Chart.
