Houdingen van Nederlandse werknemers ten opzichte van buitenlandse werknemers

Samenvatting

In 1973, 136 Dutch textile workers in Twente were studied. Some subjects had work contact with foreign workers, others had none. It was determined that work contact influenced native workers' attitudes toward foreign workers. This conclusion remains valid after considering alternatives. Work contact had a greater effect on attitudes toward Spanish than toward Turkish nationals & an explanation was sought. Other factors, eg, age, & contact outside working hours, influenced the results. These alternatives present no serious challenge to the original conclusion. 5 Tables, 1 Figure. Modified HA.
