Samenvatting

An analysis of information obtained from key informants in Dutch municipalities (N not specified) reveals that the social & professional position of the respondents considerably influences the completeness & validity of the information supplied. Also, most responses are biased, regardless of the informant's position. In view of these problems, it is concluded that information gathered from key informants should be combined with data acquired through other techniques & from other sources. 6 Tables, 22 References.
