Following Parents' Example? Present Day Morals of Young People about Intimate Relations. Assesses whether children of divorced vs ever-married parents are more likely to develop relational problems, using qualitative and quantitative evidence on young adults in the Netherlands. Parental morals are clearly transferred when there has been a good or stable marriage, while boys are more likely than girls to follow the parental example when there have been marital problems.
