Dutch People on "Affirmative Action." Opinions on Policy Measures for Ethnic Minorities. To investigate Dutch national opinion on affirmative action for ethnic minorities, interview data were collected by telephone from a representative sample of adults (N = 702, ages 21+). A majority supported affirmative action for job training, although very few supported the idea of preferential treatment for minorities in other areas.
