NIEUWE PEKELA: MESOLITHISCH ONDERZOEK OP SITENIVEAU IN DE GRONINGER VEENKOLONIËN
Samenvatting
In the peat reclamation district of the Groninger Veenkoloniën, a remarkable Mesolithic site with over three hundred hearth-pits and two other pits with a characteristic form, lying concentrated on top of an elongated coversand dune, came to light. It appears that the ploughed coversand dunes still offer opportunities for studying the Mesolithic on site level.
