EEN BLADSPITSFRAGMENT VAN DE AARDJESBERG (HILVERSUM, N.H.): BEWONING TIJDENS HET MIDDEN-PLENIGLACIAAL?
Samenvatting
The distal fragment of a leaf point from Hilversum (central Netherlands) is described. Typologically, it is comparable to the leaf points with partial ventral retouch, as known from e.g. Spy, Ranis and Jerzmanowice. It probably dates from the transition phase between the Middle and Upper Palaeolithic. The implement is heavily weathered, which must have taken place during the Upper Pleniglacial.
