Samenvatting

A bifacial leaf-point was found on the Leusderheide in the Central Netherlands. The leaf-point of the Leusderheide was probably left unfinished, because of problems due to a hidden frost crack in the flint. The piece was probably made from northern flint. The severe postdepositional surface modifications on the implement (windgloss, white patina, and traces af cryoturbation) must have been produced during the Upper Pleniglacial. The leaf-points from the Central Netherlands probably point to habitation during the Middle Pleniglacial (Hengelo lnterstadial?).
