Samenvatting

The Groninger Museum is taking part in a three-year project funded by the European Union and involving ten institutes in different European countries. The aim of the project is to create a website focusing on the Migration Period. Mainly cemeteries containing foreign grave goods (and presumably foreign immigrants) will be presented, with links to the regions of origin. The Groninger Museum is contributing data on the Anglo-Saxon graves in Groningen and Friesland.
