The article presents an analysis of the crime committed by the Antillean young people in the Netherlands. It is concerned with youth who come in contact with the society and commit serious indictable offenses. It analyzes the scope and nature of the crime committed and the background of the delinquent Antillean youth. The Antillean young people are involved in the most cases of crime. The offense patterns seem to differentiate from each other and highlight numerous characteristics. The Antillean youth commit more offenses per person on average than any other ethnic groups. Researchers have also examined the nature of the indictable offenses in comparison with the other ethnic groups with the help of police force data.
