Een evaluatie van de planmatigheid in de Noordoostpolder

Samenvatting

An evaluation of planning in the North-Eastern Polder. In this article the author considers a number of recent publications concerning the societal life in the second Zuiderzee-Polder He compares the results of these inplicitly evaluative publications with the forecasts made some 15-20 years ago, delivering the base for the social planning in the new land. His conclusion is, that geographical distance still is an important element in the life of the population notwithstanding the change of scale. The author moreover makes some remarks on the criteria for the evaluation of forecasts.
