Samenvatting
Analysis of official statistical data reveals that, despite a fairly even split in the total number of jobs held by men & women in the Dutch judiciary system, considerable vertical stratification to the advantage of men remains. In general, men reach a higher position with fewer years of experience than women do. The underrepresentation of women is especially noticeable at the middle & upper echelons. 8 Tables, 12 References. Adapted from the source document.
