Wage differences between male (M) & female (F) Dutch workers are investigated using questionnaire data obtained from 4,000 adults in 1985, reported in Trendrapport ([Trend Report] The Hague: Organization for Strategic Labor Market Research, 1987). Findings show that Ms earn significantly more than Fs, & that workers promoted from within a firm earn more than those hired from outside.
