History & a future-oriented theory of philosophies of justification
Samenvatting
Philosophy before R. Descartes & the Cartesians has been a conservative & conserving discipline. The focus of these philosophies was the 'rationalism of justification;' also modern philosophy carries the trait of guaranteeing the certainty of methods & knowledge of the sci's. A philosophy of justification cannot be a future theories & theoretical constructions, ie, which could be derived from the elaborations of K. Popper's theory of sci: 'rational criticism.' Without a reliable method of projection & prognosis, including a method of prognosis of the development of values, planning for the future of this world will not be possible. Searching for this method, however, may not lead to lower standards of logical levels of the present discussion on the theory of sci. H. Van den Belt.
