Similarities and Differences between the Social Problem and the Development Problem

Samenvatting

After a brief survey of the similarities & the diff's between the problem of developing countries & the soc problem, it is concluded that lessons can be drawn for the solution of the former from experience of attempted solutions of the latter. Charity does not work; the victims have to help themselves, by organizing themselves & exerting pol'al pressure aimed at the establishment of an internat'l order which imposes on the world community the duty to raise the financial transfers, the technical assistance & the trade policies needed. Everything will become easier by a restriction in pop growth. AA.
