Samenvatting
Survey data are used to examine differences in the level of school achievement of ethnic minority children (N = 431 Turks, 441 Moroccans, 280 Surinamese, & 124 Antilleans) & their indigenous Dutch peers (N = 189) in the Netherlands. Logistic regression analysis indicates that the differences in educational level between ethnic minority & indigenous Dutch pupils are mainly determined by differences in socioeconomic & migration backgrounds. 5 Tables, 29 References.
